North Country Organics Pasture Mix Contains:
20% Diploid Perennial Ryegrass,
20% Tetraploid Perennial Ryegrass,
20% Orchardgrass,
20% Uncertified Climax Timothy,
10% Kentucky Bluegrass,
5% Ladino White Clover, and
5% Medium Red Clover.
The pasture mix is designed for horses but will provide good feeding value for all grazing animals. It contains a tetraploid ryegrass to prevent bloat. It tolerates a wide range of soil types with good recuperative potential. Seed at 25 pounds per acre (if drilling) or 50 pounds per acre (if broadcasting).
